Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of blood glucose control on the pregnancy outcomes of puerperae with gestational diabetes. Methods Eighty-eight patients with gestational diabetes in our hospital from October 2013 to 2014 October were selected as study subjects.All the 88 patients were given prenatal blood glucose control and were di-vided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=58) according to the patients’blood glucose control situation. The control group was constituted by the patients with poor blood glucose control and the observation group was consti-tuted by the patients with satisfactory blood glucose control.The pregnancy situation and neonatal situation between two groups were observed. Results Regarding to the puerperal pregnancy outcomes,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group in the incidences of hypertension,infection,premature delivery and cesarean section (P<0.05).Regarding to the neonatal outcomes,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group in the in-cidences of macrosomia,stillbirth,asphyxia and fetal malformation (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of effective blood glucose control among the patients with gestational diabetes can effectively reduce the incidences of adverse puerperal and neonatal outcomes.关键词
