上饶地区真菌性角膜炎的病原学调查分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the pathogen checking and pathogenic species of mycotic keratitis in Shangrao dis-trict. Methods 88 mycotic keratitis patients (88 eyes) from January 2008 to October 2014 of Shangrao district were se-lected as study object.Lesion corneal epithelium of patients were got.Direct fungi smear and fungal culture were used for detection respectively.Strains identification was used for positive patients.The positive rate of two methods and pathogenic species of positive patients were counted. Results The positive rate of fungi smear and fungal culture were respectively 68.18% and 81.81%.Among 72 positive germs from fungal culture,a total of 12 genera and 24 species of pathogenic bacteria by identify,mainly with sickle bacterial infection,a total of 44 strains (61.1%); Followed by as-pergillus species and bending spore mildew genera,respectively 11 strains (15.3%) and 8 strains (11.1%). Conclusion The mainly pathogens of mycotic keratitis in Shangrao district are sickle bacteria genera,aspergillus species and bent spore mildew.It can detection and authenticate by fungi smear and fungal culture.关键词
