Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in noninvasive treating acute appen-dicitis under colonoscope. Methods 86 patients who noninvasive treated acute appendicitis under colonoscope in our hospital from March 2013 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group by draw grouping method.The control group was given routine nursing,observation group was given psychological nursing on the basis of routine care.Unhealthy psychology before operation,treatment compliance and satisfaction was compared between two groups. Results The score of anxiety and depression in observation group were (8.4±2.3) and (12.3±2.6) points respectively,lower than those (35.2±8.8) and (43.9±8.9) points of control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance in observation group was 97.68%,which was higher than 81.39% of control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction in observation group was 95.35%%,which was higher than 76.74%of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In noninvasive treating acute appendicitis under colonoscope,psychological nursing can alleviate the unhealthy psychology of patients, enhance the treatment compliance and satisfaction of patients.关键词
