Abstract
Objective To explore the MRI difference between early or late stage MCI and AD indifferent parts of human brain structureand to explore the correlation between the MRI in brain parts with differenceand MMSE score results,to give a hand to early clinical diagnosis of MCI and AD. Methods 543 cases in America ADNI database from August 2014 to July 2015 were selected as study objects.Study objects were divided into four groups according to diagnostic criteria in ADNI.The control group with normal cognitive function (CN group) was 139 cases,the early mild cognitive dysfunction(EMCI group) was 220 cases, the late mild cognitive dysfunction (LMCI group) was 108 cases and AD group was 76 cases.MRI data in each group was selected.272 human brain morphological features were obtained. MRI difference among study object was compared.At the same time,cognitive score was conducted by using MMSE,and the correlation between them was analyzed. Results 15 features had statistical difference comparison between each groupamong right side of the amygdala cortex volume,lower left temporal lobe cortex volume,right side of the olfactory area cortex volume,lower right temporal lobe cortex volume,upper right temporal lobe cortex thickness,upper left temporal lobe cortex thickness and nine hippocampal subregion volume(P<0.05).It showed a trend of gradual decline in CN group,EMCI group,LMCI group and AD group,and there was positive correlation between changes among these brain parts and MMSE score results (r=0.219~0.435,P<0.01). Conclusion There is closed related between 15 features and AD diseaseprogression,MMSE score can be combined as the main indexes of clinical observation and comprehensive evaluation disease progression.关键词
