Application of absorbable hemostatic microspheres in liver resection

Abstract
Objective To observe the hematischesis effect of absorbable hemostatic microspheres in liver operation. Methods 40 patients with elective liver resection from June 2013 to December 2014 of our hospital were randomly di-vided into two groups.The experimental group were used absorbable hemostatic microspheres for liver section hematis-chesis,the control group were used traditional gauze pressure to stop the bleeding.The situation of hematischesis during operation,stopping bleeding,drainage situation after operation 12 h,1 d,2 d,3 d were compared. Results The operation time and stopping bleeding was respectively (210.5±27.3)min and (3.11±0.97)min in experimental group.The operation time and stopping bleeding was respectively (235.6±30.35)min and (5.45±1.56)min in control group,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The drainage volume after operation 12 h,1 d,2 d was respectively(47.32±12.57),(89.52±23.97),(45.43±13.11)ml in experimental group,less than that respectively (55.97±15.21),(119.67±23.11),(57.67±14.10)ml in control group,and the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The hematischesis effect of ab-sorbable hemostatic microspheres in liver operation is obvious.It can effectively shorten the bleeding time and reduce postoperative drainage volume.关键词
