Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of continuous glucose monitoring system (CGMS) combined with continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (CSII) in the treatment of refractory diabetes. Methods 40 patients with re-fractory diabetes in our hospital from October 2012 to November 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the ob-servation group and the control group,with 20 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with CGMS combined with CSII,the control group was given multiple daily injection of insulin (MDI).The effect and safety in two groups was compared. Results The total effective treatment rate in the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than 80.0%in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The amount of insulin,the frequency of hypoglycemia and the fluctuation of blood glucose in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with significant differ-ence (P<0.05).The standard time of blood glucose in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of blood glucose after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion For the patients with refractory diabetes,CGMS com-bined with CSII has better safety and effectiveness than MDI,it is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
