Abstract
Objective to investigate the changes of the trace elements and the erythrocyte parameters in the middle of pregnancy. Methods from December 2013 to December 2014,60 cases of 13 to 24 weeks of pregnant women in the ob-stetrical department of our hospital were randomly selected as the observation group,and 60 cases of non pregnant healthy women were selected as control group.Trace elements and the erythrocyte parameters between two groups were compared. Results The levels of Ca,Mg,Fe,and Zn in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group respectively(P<0.05),while the difference of Cu between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).RBC, Hb,Hct,MCV,MCH and MCHC in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group respectively (P<0.05),while RDW in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Different degree of trace elements deficiency and anemia exist in trimester pregnant women.So intervention treatment should be timely taken to ensure prepotency.关键词
