摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of doxapram and dexmedetomide in the prevention of postoperation chill of esophageal cancer treated with radical surgery under general anesthesia. Methods 102 cases with esophageal cancer accepted radical surgery from January 2012 to December 2014 in our hoapital were selected and randomly divided into the control group, the doxapram group and the dexmedetomide group,34 cases in each group. All patients were treated with radical resection of esophageal carcinoma. The control group was given the physiological saline after the surgery, the doxapram group was given doxapram hydrochloride injection by intravenous injection rapidly, the dexmedetomide group was given dexmedetomide by intravenous pumping after completing tracheal intubation. The incidence rate of postopera-tive chill, occurrence time and the duration time among three groups was compared. Results The incidence rate of post-operative chill in the doxapram group and the dexmedetomide group was lower than that in the control group, with sig-nificant difference (P<0.05).The occurrence time in the doxapram group and the dexmedetomide group was longer than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The duration time in the doxapram group and the dexmedetomide group was shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no sig-nificant difference in the incidence rate of postoperative chill, occurrence time and the duration time between the doxapram group and the dexmedetomide (P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of doxapram and dexmedetomide in the pre-vention of the postoperation chill of esophageal cancer treated with radical surgery under general anesthesia are both good, but the differences between them need further study.关键词
