中西医结合治疗胸腰椎骨折合并脊髓损伤的效果
Effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture concurrent with spinal cord injury

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Huoxue Bushen formula combined with acupuncture in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture concurrent with spinal cord injury. Methods 61 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fracture concurrent with spinal cord injury in our hospital from October 2006 to August 2014 were selected and ran-domly divided into the experiment group (33 cases) and the control group (28 cases).The experiment group was treated with Huoxue Bushen formula combined with acupuncture,the control group was given conventional therapy.The effect in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the experiment group was 93.9%,which was higher than 82.1% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of efficacy after treatment for 3,6 months in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of Huoxue Bushen formula combined with acupuncture in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture concurrent with spinal cord injury is significant.关键词
