Abstract
Objective To statistically analyze the adverse effects of inoculation of measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vac-cine in 2009-2013,and to provide reliable references for future works. Methods Journal articles from literature databases such as cnki,wanfang,cqvip were searched,reports of adverse effects of inoculation of MMR vaccine from Jan-uary 2009 to December 2013 were collected,and infectious adverse effects and non-infectious adverse effects were judged and analyzed according to the causality of adverse effects and inoculation. Results Based on the statistics,the number of cases of MMR increased from 2009 to 2013,and the distribution of areas which reported the adverse effects of inoculation of three types of vaccines in this group was wide,in which the proportion in Henan was the highest (30.0%) (P<0.05).Local infections induced by measles attenuated live vaccine and mumps vaccine were seen in two cases and one case respectively;one deceased case each was reported in measles vaccine and mumps vaccine;one chil-dren in the investigated data died of complicated giant cell interstitial pneumonia after the inoculation of measles atten-uated live vaccine. Conclusion The majority of current reports of adverse effects are general case reports,without accu-rate and deep epidemiological investigation.In the future clinical research,therefore,there is of great significance in the judgment and analysis of infectious adverse effects and non-infectious adverse effects according to the causality of ad-verse effects and inoculation,which deserves to be paid close attention.关键词
