Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of psychological nursing intervention on the treatment compliance of patients with fracture. Methods 182 patients with fracture treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected and evenly divided into control group (91 cases) and observation group (91 cases) in random.The control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The changes of adverse psychological emotions and the treatment compliance in two groups before and after nursing were observed. Results After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores in two groups were significantly lower,the score in observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).The rate of good treatment adherence in observation group was 95.60%,which was significantly higher than 78.02%of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can improve adverse psychological emotions in patients with fracture, promote harmonious nurse-patient relationship and increase the patients’treatment compliance.关键词
