Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia (CSEA) in twin pregnancy cesarean section. Methods 100 pregnant women with twins accepted cesarean section from January 2012 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the dif-ferent methods of anesthesia. The observation group was given CESA,the control group was given epidural anesthesia (EA).The anesthesia onset time, time on hypotension, muscular relaxation effect and neonatal Apgar score and so on in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of anesthesia in the observation group was 94.0%,which was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The anesthesia onset time, time on hypotension in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of muscular relaxation effect and neonatal Apgar score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The anesthesia effect of CESA in twin pregnancy ce-sarean section is good, the influence on hemodynamics is small, and which can shorten delivery time, safety is higher,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
