Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of gastric bismuth and magnesium granule on preventing stress ulcer after surgery. Methods From May 2014 to May 2015,121 patients undergone surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.In the control group (n=41),oral administration of omeprazole was used for 7 days,while in the observation group (n=80),omeprazole combined with gastric bismuth and magnesium granules in oral administration was adopted for 7 days.The occurrence of hemorrhage due to stress ulcer and improvement of gastroin-testinal symptoms were observed between two groups. Results The effective rate of preventing bleeding due to stress ul-cer in observation group and control group was 97.5% and 85.4% respectively,with a statistical difference (P<0.05).In observation group,the total effective rates of gastrointestinal symptoms including acid regurgitation and belching,and ab-dominal distension were 90.0% and 81.8%,significantly higher than that in control group accounting for 55.6% and 52.6% respectively,which displayed statistical differences (P<0.01,P<0.05).The marked improvement rate of acid reflux and belching also displayed a statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of gastric bismuth and magnesium granules and omeprazole can obtain a remarkable clinical effect on preventing bleeding due to stress ulcer after surgery,and plays a positive clinical significance.关键词
