肝硬化患者血小板参数与凝血酶原时间的临床检验价值
Clinical examination value of prothrombin time and platelet of patients with liver cirrhosis

Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of prothrombin time and platelet in the clinical examination of patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods One hundred patients with liver cirrhosis were selected as the experiment group.These patients were divided into the bleeding group (45 patients) and the non-bleeding group (55 patients) according to whether the patient was complicated by bleeding or not.In addition,50 healthy people who received physical examination in our hos-pital in the corresponding period were selected as the control group.The prothrombin time and platelet were detected. Results There were statistically significant differences between the patients with liver cirrhosis and the control group in the platelet and prothrombin time (P<0.05),and there were statistically significant differences between the patients with bleeding and the patients without bleeding in the platelet and prothrombin time (P<0.05). Conclusion Platelet and thrombin time can be served as the evaluation indicators for the clinical examination of bleeding situation and liver function injury degree of the patients with liver cirrhosis and have important examination value,thereby worthy of pro-motion and in clinical diagnosis.关键词
