Abstract
Constructing the social environment of relaxed and normal sexual behavior,empowerment and the formation of a responsible sexual behavior,providing professional and accessible service and establishing mechanism of policy beneficiary participation in policy formulation,carrying out effective sexual and reproductive health intervention has great significance to floating youth.This paper is based on the Holland RAP,from the perspective of "right,acceptance and participation",the changes and problems of the right and the demand of the floating youth in sexual and reproduc-tive health are examined,evaluated and analysed,the the countermeasures and suggestions is put forward.关键词
