产后乳房按摩护理在促进产妇泌乳中的效果分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of postpartum breast massage care for promoting maternal lac-tation. Methods 80 cases of maternal in our hospital from January 2012 to February 2015 were selected as research object.They were divided into research group and control group by random number table,40 cases in each group.The re-search group was treated with postpartum breast massage care,the control group was treated with traditional nursing.The milk secretion after 48 h,serum prolactin(PRL) level before and after nursing and breast comfort rate of two groups were compared. Results After 48h care,the milk secretion compliance rate in research group was 97.5%,which was higher than 77.5%of control group(P<0.05).The PRL level of two groups before nursing had no statistically significant(P>0.05). After nursing,the PRL level in research group was (428.6±98.3) ng/ml,which was higher than (305.2±59.6) ng/ml of control group(P<0.05).The breast comfort rate in research group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclu-sion Postpartum breast massage care can effectively promote maternal milk secretion,increase milk yield and maternal breast comfort.It is worthy of clinical widely used.关键词
