Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of humanistic nursing in minimally invasive surgery for ec-topic pregnancy. Methods 200 cases of ectopic pregnancy and inefficient conservative treatment with underwent mini-mally invasive surgery in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group (90 cases) and observation group (110 cases) according to the principle of informed consent and au-tonomous choice.The control group was given routine care,the observation group was used humane care on the basis of routine care.The recovery condition after operation,emotion changes,postoperative complication rate and nursing satis-faction in two groups were compared. Results Abdominal pain disappeared time,exhaust time,bed time and hospitaliza-tion time in observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant (P<0.05).The incidence of depression and anxiety,postoperative complication rate in observation group were sig-nificantly lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in observation group was 99.09%,which was higher than 87.78% of control group,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05). Conclusion Humanistic nursing applications to minimally invasive surgery for ectopic pregnancy can ef-fectively promote the recovery of patients,improve patient outcomes.关键词
