家庭和社区康复对精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复的作用
Family and Communiyt Rehabilitation for the Patients with Socia l Function Schizophrenia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of family and community rehabilitation on rural commu-nity schizophrenic patients.Methods:200 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into inter-vention group and control group;Intervention group patients took the intervention and completed the homemade general situation questionnaire ,function overall rating scale ( GAF) ,social function filter rating scale(SDSS),the existing ability and rehabilitation evaluation table at 0,3,6 months of the intervention. Results:GAF scale between the two groups in 3,6 months had significant differences(t=3.529,5.214;P<0.01);SDSS between the two groups in 6 months had significant difference (t=2.626.P<0.01),re-spectively.Existing capabilities and rehabilitation evaluation table between the two groups in the ability to pay attention to health ,life,work situation subscales and total table had significant differences in 3 months (t=2.195,2.230,2.590;P<0.05),and 6 months(t=-2.491,2.945,3.856;P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation cooperation of families ,communities ,and government departments are help-ful for promoting the social function of patients with schizophrenia.关键词
