Abstract
Objective:To explore the predictive effect of age ,service length ,and negative thinking on nurses'anxiety.Methods:With cluster sampling ,185 nurses completed Self -Rating Anxiety Scale and Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire;Then analyzing nurses'anxiety in current situation and the predictive effect of age,service length,negative thinking on anxiety.Results:Mean score of anxiety(35.43 ±6.59) was higher than the norm;Positive rate of anxiety reached 22.7%.There was a positive correlation be-tween anxiety and negative thinking ( r=0.51 , P<0.01 ) , and negative correlations among age , service length and negative thinking(r=-0.160,-0.144;P<0.05).Negative thinking exerted influence on anxi-ety immediately(B=0.509,P<0.01).There were 30 items in the Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire , and six of them jointly could predict the sore of anxiety by 34.1%, and multiple correlation coefficient was 0.584.Conclusion:Negative thinking directly affects the level of anxiety;Age and nursing age have indirect relationship with anxiety.关键词
