军人应付方式与人格特征的相关性
The Relationship between Copying Styles and Personality in Army Men
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between coping styles and personality character-istics of army men.Methods:A total of 1738 army men were measured with copying styles questionnaire and Eysenck personality questionnaire.Results:①Significant correlation existed among psychoticism and all army men's coping styles(r=-0.370~0.396,P<0.01),Extroversion-Introversion and four of army men's coping styles(r=-0.100~0.343,P<0.01),Neuroticism and all army men's coping styles((r=-0.135~0.618 ,P<0.01 ).②The regression analysis indicated that personality characteristics could pre-dict army men's coping styles,which could explain 21.5%~40.7% of the total variance.Conclusion:There is an important effect of personality characteristics in forecasting army men's coping styles.关键词
