The Current Situation Considerations of Irrational Beliefs Hold Degrees in Clolege Students

Abstract
Objective:To understand the current situation of college students'irrational beliefs hold de-grees,as well as its relationship with the college students stress susceptibility ,and to use of positive psy-chology attention to college students during stressful irrational believes of psychological counseling to alle -viate the pressure ,to promote college students'mental health.Methods:Using the college students stress susceptibility questionnaire and college students 'irrational beliefs hold degrees scale to assess 928 college students in five universities.Results:There were gender differences in the investigation of stress suscepti -bility(F=6.345,P <0.05).irrational beliefs hold degrees were also significant different between gen-ders(F=18.708,P<0.01),at the same time there were differences between only children and the onn-noly-child(F=5.702,P<0.05),registered permanent residence reaction between urban and rural differences also existed(F=5.631,P<0.05).Conclusion:The male and female college students are different in the aspect of irrational believes hold degrees and susceptibility to stress , and only-child or not and the family status between urban and rural areas have an effect on irrational beliefs hold degrees.关键词
