Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of group psychotherapy on rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients of psychiatric symptoms and social function .Methods:60 patients with schizophrenia were ran-domly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group,the control group was given drug treatment ,observation group given group psychotherapy on the basis of drug treatment for half a year.Before treatment and six months later ,two groups completed PANSS ( with positive and negative symptom scale ) ,ADL( activity of daily living scale ) .Results:PANSS,ADL in two groups were lower after treatment than those before treatment;The score decreased more slowly in control group than that in the observation group(t=4.313,3.628;P<0.001).Conclusion:Mental symptom group psychological treat-ment can obviously improve the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia and promote the recovery of social function .关键词
