Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of a combined medicine of aspirin and low molecular weight dextran in treating pre-infarction angina.Methods 78 cases of pre-infarction angina patients were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy while the experimental group was treated with aspirin combined with low molecular dextran.The angina frequency, duration, adverse reactions, nitroglycerin consumption, coronary blood flow and medication of both groups were observed.Findings Before treatment, the differences in seizure frequency, duration and amount of nitroglycerin between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05);after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Those of the experimental group were better than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total heart incidence rate (23.08%) of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group of patients (64.10%).The difference was statistically significant.The flow parameters of descending branch of the left ventricle between the two groups of patients were not significantly different (P>0.05).The parameters in both groups were significantly improved after the treatment.The differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) and the improvement of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).There were no obvious symptoms of severe adverse drug as observed during the process of treatment.Conclusion The effect of aspirin combined with low molecular weight dextran as a medicine in treating pre-infarction angina is desirable.It can significantly reduce arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, and the incidence of mental exhaustion.关键词
