大豆花芽差异表达基因片段 GmFBDG01克隆和RNAi表达载体的构建∗

Abstract
As the first step of reproductive growth of plants, flower bud has an important influence on soybean plant growth and development. Choosing flowering buds in the stage of the seventh com⁃pound leaf in soybean four⁃grain pod mutants of jinong 18 as materials, this study analyzed and com⁃pared results of the trans criptome sequencing. GmFBDG01 core sequence of differential expression gene was cloned by RT-PCR, and soybean RNA interference expression vectors pCPB⁃GmFBDG01⁃RNAi were successfully constructed with intermediate cloning vector pBluescript SK plus. The results will lay foundation for functional verification of related functional genes of soybean four⁃grain pods.关键词
