耳穴贴压配合微生态制剂预防小儿肺炎继发腹泻
Auricular press with probiotics to prevent infantile pneumonia diarrhea
摘要
Abstract
Objective Observe the auricular application press with probiotics to prevent secondary diarrhea the clini-cal effect of pediatric pneumonia. Methods Choice for clinical diagnosis and hospitalized and 96 cases of 2 - 9 years old children with pneumonia,randomly divided into 3 groups and 32 cases in each group. Auricular application press with probiotics for group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ for probiotics,group Ⅲ as the control group which not to give auricular applica-tion pressure or probiotics. Observe the incidence of three groups of children with secondary diarrhea and secondary di-arrhea cases in time and total duration of diarrhea. Results Group Ⅰ of 3 cases secondary diarrhea(9. 4% ),groupⅡof 6 cases secondary diarrhea(18. 7% ),group Ⅲ of 12 cases secondary diarrhea(37. 5% ),groupⅠandⅡ com-pared with Ⅲ group difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05). Time and total duration of diarrhe-a,groupⅠandⅡ compared with group Ⅲ difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Auricular press with probiotics can effectively prevent the happening of the pediatric pneumonia diarrhea,even secondary diar-rhea,Effect is exact,without adverse reaction.关键词
