摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of pioglitazone hydrochloride on podocyte in type 2 diabetic patients with nephropathy.Methods:A total of 61 cases of diabetic nephropathy microalbuminuria period patients were randomly divided into experimental group (32 cases)and control group (29 cases).The gen-eral treatment was the same in two groups.The experimental group added pioglitazone hydrochloride 30 mg per day,a total of 12 weeks.Relative values of two groups were measured before and after treatment,the number of urinary podocyte excretion and urinary mindin /creatinine (UMCR),urinary albumin /creatinine (UACR),C reactive protein(CRP)and other indicators.Results:The podocyte number,UACR,UMCR, and CRP for the experiment group after the therapy had witnessed significant reduction compared with those of the experiment group before the therapy or the control group after the therapy(P <0.05 or 0.01).There was no significant difference between the indexes of the control group before and after treatment.The podo-cyte number,UACR,UMCR,CRP decreased significantly (P <0.01)in patients with chronic kidney dis-ease (CKD)stage 1.CRP decreased significantly than before after treatment (P <0.05),and other inde-xes decreased but without statistical difference (P >0.05)in patients with CKD stage 2.UACR was posi-tively correlated with podocyte number(r =0.233,P <0.05),CRP(r =0.456,P <0.01 ),UMCR(r =0.612,P <0.01).CRP was positively correlated with UMCR (r =0.238,P <0.05)and podocyte number (r =0.417,P <0.01 ).UMCR was positively correlated with podocyte number (r =0.687,P <0.01 ). Conclusion:Pioglitazone hydrochloride had protective effect on podocyte in patients with diabetic nephropa-thy,the effect was more obvious in patients with CKD stage 1.关键词
