多步过程挖掘在工作流重构中的应用研究
Application of multistep process mining in workflow reengineering
摘要
Abstract
According to the situation that the workflow instance departs from the predefined model, a new multistep process mining method based on markov transition matrix is presented to realize workflow reengineering. A markov transition matrix is constructed based on workflow logs; a group of mining rules are defined to analyze logical relationship in the process; process mining algorithm is designed to construct the structural relationship among activities; a simulation example shows the feasibility and applicability of the method.关键词
