Abstract
ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the role of cooperative nursing mode in improving self-care ability and quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 126 el-derly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the experimen-tal group was treated with cooperative nursing on the basis of control group.After 3 months,self-care ability and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results Scores of self nurs-ing ability,self-concept,self-responsibility,self-care and health knowledge in the experimen-tal group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05).Scores of quality of life,physiological function,psychological function,social function and environmental function were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Cooperative nursing mode can improve the self-care ability and quality of life in elderly patients with hyperten-sion.关键词
