Abstract
ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the value of nursing intervention in the elderly pa-tients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 140 patients with upper gastroin-testinal bleeding were randomly divided into control group (conventional nursing measures)and ob-servation group (nursing interventions),70 cases in each group.Clinical efficacy was compared. Results After nursing,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05).Homeostasis time,rebleeding and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The nursing interventions can significantly shorten the bleeding time,reduce rebleeding rate and improve nursing satisfaction in elderly patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.关键词
