Abstract
ABSTRACT:Objective To evaluate the standardized nursing process for ultrasound guided minimally invasive breast surgery.Methods A total of 290 ultrasound guided minimally invasive breast surgery patients were randomly divided into control group and standardized group.145 pa-tients received traditional nursing process in the control group.Another 145 patients received stan-dardized nursing process for ultrasound guided minimally invasive breast surgery beyond traditional nursing process in standardized group.Results The experimental group’s operation satisfaction, doctor and nurse satisfaction were significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative hematoma in experimental groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Standardizing nursing processes of minimally invasive breast surgery can reduce the incidence of bleeding,hematoma and ecchymosis,improve the surgery security,alleviate suffering of patients,and raise patients’satisfaction.关键词
