Abstract
ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the application effect of modified nursing of lateral position patients during operation.Methods A total of 200 lateral position operation patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group was used routine nursing during operation,the observation group was given modified nursing based on the control group to reduced the incidence of pressure ulcers,and pressure ulcer formation and com-fort of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in blood pres-sure,heart rate,and oxygen saturation after the operation compared with that before the operation (P >0.05),and there was no significant difference in placed position time between the two groups (P >0.05).Skin damage,pressure ulcers,respiratory and circulatory complications was less than that in the control group,the doctor′s degree of satisfaction,the comfort degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,there were statistically significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion Modified nursing can reduce the pressure ulcer in lateral position patients,im-prove the comfort of patients,and ensure the safety of operation.关键词
