Abstract
ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the clinical nursing pathway in laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection.Methods A total of 90 patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection were divided in-to routine nursing group with 45 cases and clinical nursing path (CNP)group with 45 cases,rou-tine nursing group applied the traditional routine nursing mode,and routine nursing group was ap-plied clinical nursing path model,clinical relevant indicators were compared.Results Degree of knowledge about health education and nursing satisfaction and quality of sleep in CNP group were higher than that in conventional nursing group,there was statistically significance difference (P <0.05);And the average hospitalization days,average hospitalization expense and complication rates were lower than routine nursing group (P <0.05).Conclusion Implementation of clinical nurs-ing path can effectively reduce the average hospitalization days,hospitalization costs,reduce the patients’incidence of postoperative complications and improve success rate of health education knowledge,nursing satisfaction and sleep quality,promote patients recovery in laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection patients.关键词
