Abstract
The water system of Hanjiang District is quite complex. In view of the large quantity of hydraulic projects, prominent problems of dangerous pitfalls and the relatively-low flood control standard, combined with previous flood control practices during the years of extreme floods, we propose that we should ensure qualified scientific control of hydraulic project in the relevant regions according to different flood and rainfall conditions, and take corresponding protective measures and concrete practices, to ensure the safety in flood seasons.关键词
