Abstract
Objective:To summarize the curative effect and perioperative care of advanced cirrhosis patients trea-ted with autologous stem cells transplantation.Methods:A total of 100 advanced cirrhosis patients who had fail-ure conservative therapy by internal medicine were conducted with autologous peripheral blood stem cells trans-plantation for advanced cirrhosis.Preoperative targeted psychological intervention,targeted psychological inter-vention was taken for them,and postoperative rehabilitation guidance was did well,the drug adverse reactions were observed,the vital signs were observed closely and to prevent the complications.Results:One year surviv-al rate was 100% in 100 patients ,the ascites was gradually reduced and disappeared in 52 patients with massive ascites.4 patients underwent upper gastrointestinal bleeding at postoperative 3 months and 3 patients developed with Ⅰ Ⅱ degree of hepatic encephalopathy.After transplantation,the liver synthetic function,liver reserve function and liver elasticity determination were significantly improved (P <0.05 )compared with that before transplantation.Conclusion:Autologous peripheral blood stem cells transplantation could improve the liver func-tion and liver tissue morphology of advanced cirrhosis patients and their quality of life.Perioperative holistic nursing can promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the curative effect.关键词
