情志护理在内科保守治疗基底节出血病人中的应用效果
Application effect of emotional nursing for patients with basal nucleus hemorrhage receiving conservative medical treatment
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of emotional nursing for patients with basal nucleus hemorrhage receiving conservative medical treatment.Methods:A total of 60 cases with basal nucleus hemor-rhage receiving conservative medical treatment were chosen as research subjects from July 2012 to December 2014.According to the random distribution principle,they were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each.The patients in control group accepted routine nursing,while the patients in observation group received the emotional nursing intervention.The therapeutic effect,complications and life quality score were compared between both groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group.The incidence of complications of patients in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group.All items scores of the short form health survey ques-tionnaire (SF 36)in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group.And all the differ-ences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Emotional nursing used for patients with basal nucle-us hemorrhage receiving conservative medical therapy could effectively improve treatment effect and quality of life of the patients,it also may reduce the incidence of the complications.关键词
