临床路径在小儿支气管哮喘患儿中的应用效果研究
Study on application effect clinical pathway in patients with infantile bronchial asthma

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application value of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of infantile bronchial asthma,and to provide references for the clinical treatment and nursing of children with bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 128 cases of infantile bronchial asthma patients in our hospital were randomly divid-ed into control group and observation group according to number,64 cases in each.The patents in control group used conventional nursing pathway,and the clinical nursing pathway was used in observation group,and to ob-serve and compare hospitalization time,treatment effect,nursing satisfaction of patients between both groups, and to evaluate the application effect.Results:The average hospitalization time of patients in observation group was 9.25 d±3.56 d,significantly shorter than that in control group (12.12 D±4.76 d),the difference was sta-tistically significant (P <0.05 ),the total effective rate in observation group was 87.50%,higher than that in control group (87.50%),the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 );the satisfaction degree of the patients in observation group was 100%,higher than that in control group (90.63%),the difference was statis-tically significant (P <0.05).In observation group,the time of hospitalization,treatment effect and nursing sat-isfaction were better than that in control group.Conclusion:The clinical nursing pathway significantly shortened the time of hospitalization of patients with infantile bronchial asthma,improved the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction.关键词
