Abstract
Taxi-pool is not a new thing, but there are some limitations in terms of the specific implementation. Based on the analysis of Chengdu taxi status, we can see that taxi-pool not only help to control the demand of taxis, but also mitigate urban traffic congestion, solve the travel difficulty problem, improve the efficiency of taxi use and reduce the taxi security incidents. The paper analyzes the positive externalities which are suitable to the harmonious social requirements, and the feasibility, supplies constructive comments to the taxi-pool standard implementation.关键词
