摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the low balance ratio of production line of rotator during the production process and the prolonged delivery cycle,the lean six sigma method is used to research. Firstly,it defines the issues encountered by the rotator during the process and draws a value flow graph according to relevant data measured;then it finds out the important factor that causes the problem with causality matrix and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis( FMEA) method;finally,it makes improvement design with industrial engi-neering method. By combination of the lean thinking and six sigma management method,the issues of rotator during production are well addressed.关键词
