摘要

Abstract

Based on the needs of business experience leakage,a beach of drums leak and drums acoustic emission signal leakage detection system were designed and set up;Acoustic emission signal characteristics of drums leakage under different leakage con-ditions was experimentally studied. Experimental results show that the drums leakage of acoustic emission signals in 90~100kHz;Through,signal were extracted the energy of 90~100kHz band as leakage characteristics by wavelet packet decomposition;Char-acteristic of drums energy leakage and RMS with different leak aperture size,pressure and sensor location were got. Rules of leak detection of drums based on acoustic emission signals were established. The principles for the actual application process and a reasonable choice of the number of sensors and location were provided as reference.
