摘要

Abstract

In order to reduce the noise of the silent chain,based on analysis of the noise of silent chain transmission system,a low noise silent chain was proposed. The design of chain plate tooth profile parameters and the arrangement of the polyurethane chain plate can effectively reduce the meshing impact in the process of silent chain drive. Noise of low noise silent chain and outer mes-hing silent chain on same pitch meshing with sprocket was contrast on the closed power flow chain test bench. Low noise silent chain tight side engaging-in point noise level was reduced by 3. 5dB,the noise fluctuation amplitude was reduced by 1. 2dB. De-sign method of silent chain is proved to be reasonable,which can effectively reduce the noise and meshing impact.
