Abstract
A novel strategy to develop genetic algorithm program for distribution network reconfiguration based on open-source software is introduced in this paper. All the utilized open-source packages can be downloaded freely from internet,which will reduce the difficulty of program development dramatically,while the quality and extensibility can be maintained easily. Examples can show the validity of the developed program.关键词
