Abstract
In this paper,the design of the control system that based on Siemens CPU 224XP PLC sewage treatment was studied. Based on the advantages in operation and programming and the adaptability to the environment of Siemens S7-200 PLC,this control system was designed. Firstly, on the basis of mastering the wastewater treatment process, the general plan of the sewage treatment system was completed, which includes the arrangements of the actual hardware control, circuit switch and variety of output devices. Secondly, STEP 7-MicroWIN V4.0 and the SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2007 software were used to complete the program of control system and the writing of the touch screen control program. Finally,the configuration of the software and hardware were completed. The correctness of the design was verified by laboratory simulation demonstrates.关键词
