Analyzing the Angular or Curved Surface Quality of Finish Machining by End Mill and Ball End Mill

摘要

Abstract

It is plenty of machining components with angular or curved surface in production. These components are usually finished by end mill and ball end mill,however,workers in company use the two kind of tool experientially. Parallel fine milling of angular surface is acted as analysis objects in this paper which analyzing influencing factors about surface quality finished by two kind of tool and verify theoretical analysis by test,in the end,selection criteria of two tools are given in fine milling angular or curved surface. These offer scientific basis for process design.
