增加约束对提高梁抗弯强度的探讨

Abstract
Simply supported beam by concentrated loads and uniform loads were used popular in crane application, such as the main girder of bridge crane. How to improve the bending strength of girder and reduce the girder’ s weight, was a problem for the designers. A new method was put forward in this paper that under the premise of not increasing the girder size, through improve girder’ s constraint conditions to improve its anti bending ability. Take girder’ s anti bending ability as research target, using theoretical calculations to compare the anti bending ability under different constraints for concentrated and uniform load, by comparison of the simulation and theoretical result verified the theoretical calculation result. Confirmed by increasing the girder’ s constrained degrees of freedom can increase its bending capacity.关键词
