Abstract
Medium carbon steel is used extensively, but often appear failure.Through failure analysis of 45 steel workpieces, the failure causes and suggestion of medium carbon steel are summarized. Confirming the state of supply and heat treatment ,selecting a reasonable heat treatment proce ss condition;rational hot rolling and hot forging temperature;appropriate forging ratio and heat treatment process after forging;according to the material corresponding standard strictly control heat treatment process condition.关键词
