基于eM-Plant汽车玻璃生产线的建模仿真研究*
Studying and Simulation of Processing Lines of Automobile Glass Based on eM-Plant
摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzes the processing lines of automobile glass, and the cost is included inventory cost, switching cost and machine idle cost. To reduce the production cost and research the relationship between the cost of production and the main factors (lot sizing),a simulation model is built based on the eM-Plant,it collects the data which it is used for analysis through the simulation,and it is certificated through the method of fixed length samples under the situation of guarantee accuracy requirements, and get the mathematical relationship function between the lot sizing and the production cost.关键词
