The Calculation and Verification for the Rigidity of the Roller Linear Guide

Abstract
Takes Palmgren formula as the theoretical basis, to calculate the rigidity when the roller linear guide under the pre-load or no pre-load with the spring principles. It makes the finite element analysis on the roller linear guide, studies the force effects of the rigidity when the deformation on the slide. As an example, calculated and verified LGR55 roller linear guide.关键词
