余甘子野生种质资源果实数量性状评价指标探讨
Evaluating Criteria of Some Quantitative Traits of Fruit in Phyllanthus emblica Wild Germplasm Resources

Abstract
This study was to establish evauating criteria of certain boainical charaters of Phyllanthus embli-ca wild germplasm resources,in which a new quantitative,standardized description system was established.Ten botanical quantitative characteristics (including single fruit weight,fruit vertical diameter,fruit horizontal diam-eter,fruit shape index,epicarp thickness,epicarp weight,edible rate,stone weight,stone length,stone wildth) of 81 Phyllanthus emblica germplasm resources were measured at the Genetic Colletion of Research Institute of Tropical Eco-agriculture Sciences,Yuan-Mou,Yunnan from 2011 to 2012.The results showed that all the bo-tanical quanti tative characteristics had their coefficients of variation above 5.13% and all of the characteristics showed varying degrees of skewed distribution.Grade index and reference germplasm were given by statistical data for fruit description.These grade indexes were recorded on 5 scales.In general,two reference germplasm resources from different places for each grade were suggested.The study provides a foundation for quantization and standardization of Phyllanthus emblica germplasm description system.关键词
