荸荠试管苗移栽(育苗)技术研究
Study on Transplanting and Cultivation Techniques of Test-tube Plantlets of Eleocharis tuberosa
摘要
Abstract
We studied the transplanting and cultivation techniques of test -tube plantlets of Eleocharis tuberosa, and explored the effects of transplanting date , transplanting density and cultivation duration on the survival rate and tiller number of the transplan -ted plantlets.The results showed that:for the test-tube plantlets, the best transplanting date was May and June , the suitable trans-planting density (spec) was 10 cm ×10 cm or 5 cm ×6 cm, and the proper cultivation duration was 40~50 d;under these condi-tions, each plantlet became 35~50-cm high with 7~10 tillers, had strong growth vigor, and could be transplanted in the field at any time.关键词
