Abstract
Farmland gradation and evaluation is one of the important basic works of carrying out and implementing the land management law in China.According to the new farmland gradation and evaluation regulation , the author formulated the whole thinking and technical route of farmland gradation and evaluation in Shizhu county .After the gradation of farmland, the sample plot data were used to construct "net income-gradation index"model, and the standard farmland price was calculated .Then the model was used to calculate the social security price and social stabilization price of farmland .Finally, the results of the farmland gradation and evaluation in Shizhu county were gotten .关键词
